The Challenge
In Ariane de Rothschild´s own words, the objective is to offer an experience like no other, and bring a new dimension to wine tourism in Rioja Alavesa. The authentic and intimate Palacio de Samaniego is tucked away in the small town of Samaniego (less than 400 inhabitants), where medieval charm exudes from every street. However, it is yet to be discovered as a must place to visit and experience among wine loving travelers.
The objective is straightforward: to increase the awareness of Palacio de Samaniego as the perfect pied-à-terre to explore the cultural, oenological, and gastronomic delights of the region.
Palacio de Samaniego engaged Birds in Hand to invigorate the awareness of the boutique hotel and the French Basque restaurant nested in the intimate estate home via vibrant Instagram, Google and Social ads strategies to engage with audiences in their main target markets: Spain, France and the US.
