The Challenge

Bariloche is a small and beautiful mountain town in Patagonia and until 2013 locals had never heard of a local food and drink festival before.

BALC needed to create awareness of a unique event that took place during one week, a brand that could embody the varied and sophisticated offer in the food and drink market while also clearly conveying the local nature of products. The brand also needed to stand and appeal to the medium and high-end Bariloche market.

We helped them brand and launch the food and drink festival and continue to provide them with design and marketing services for every edition, including all advertising communication materials (physical and digital).

Today, Bariloche a la Carta (BALC) is considered one of the most important gastronomic festivals in Argentina. In the 2021 edition, participation spiked with 100 restaurants, dozens of gastronomic presentations, master classes in different sites of the city and over 40,000 people attending the food fair. A true patagonic food and drink festival!
